A graduate of Thomas Jefferson School of Law, Tim has represented clients in Nevada and Michigan, achieving significant results in high-stakes injury and civil litigation cases.
Tim is perhaps best known for helping secure a settlement exceeding $1 million in a major police brutality case where his client’s civil rights were egregiously violated. His commitment to accountability and justice drives every case he takes, whether it's a catastrophic injury, wrongful death, or excessive force claim.
With over 100 jury trials argued, Tim is a formidable presence in the courtroom. He combines meticulous preparation with genuine compassion for his clients, ensuring they receive both fierce advocacy and thoughtful guidance through some of the most difficult times in their lives.
Outside of his legal practice, Tim is a passionate educator and active community member. He frequently serves as a substitute teacher in Southeastern Michigan, helping to fill a critical need in local schools and support students where it matters most.
